Senior Managerial candidates will have an impressive personal stature in industry and should be capable of representing All-e. Lead level
candidates must have the ability to work with and lead a group of people. They must have the exposure and the knack to understand explicit and implicit business requirements of the customer, internal or external. Having a pleasing personality is necessary to effectively perform these duties. The person must have good communication skills, knowledge and the confidence to represent the organization in external forums. Should have impressive client servicing, organization building and people leadership skills. Acquiring appropriate and relevant certifications will be a plus.

Project Management and Client Engagements Working with clients from different geographies and different lines of businesses, our focus remains providing solutions. All-e works with diverse technologies and tools, selecting what is appropriate in the given situation. There are teams specializing in Microsoft, Oracle and Sun technologies in particular and usage of the Rational suite is encouraged.

Know how:

• Thorough knowledge of managing turnkey Internet / Intranet projects & Distributed C/S solutions
• Good knowledge of methodologies, design architecture, database integration, network infrastructure design, security, Quality norms etc.
• Hands on experience in developing / offering solutions based on OOPS, RDBMS, GUI, Web Technology

Technical Environment:

• Microsoft Technologies, Java, Application server, PHP, Open Source

Experience:

• Between 2 to 12 years of total experience, with at least 1 years with similar responsibilities

Education:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering/ CS/ Computer Applications/ Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in CS/ Computer Applications/ Management
